1. 바닥에 누워 양손에 덤벨을 잡고 양팔을 옆으로 넓게 벌린후 팔꿈치를 살짝 구부린다

- 누군가를 안는다음 느낌으로 가슴 위쪽으로 둥글게 모아올렸다 천천히 원위치하는것을
   반복

-가슴을 바르게 펴서 반듯한 체형을 만들고 벌어진 가슴을 교정

발바닥이 천장을 향한게 한후 배가 바닥에 닿지 않도록 한다

-엉덩이 근육에 탄력을 더해 처진엉덩이Up 다리 뒤쪽 라인과 허벅지살
  빼기에도효과Up

1.양손가 양쪽 무릎을 바닥에 대고 엎드린다

2.상체는 곧게펴고 엉덩이를 뒤로 살짝 빼면서 허리을 아래로 내란디

3. 왼쪽 무읖을 펴서 엉덩이 뒤쪽으로 힘껏 찬다

4. 엉덩이 근육이 조여지도록 잠시 멈추었다 천천히 원위치하는것을 양쪽 번갈아한다.
